Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil paint behaves like a traditional oil paint but can be thinned and cleaned with soap and water instead of using hazardous solvents. Depending on the amount of water added to the paint you can achieve watery, thin layers of colour or use undiluted out of the tube for thick, even layers of colour.

Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil paints dry faster than traditional oils and will be permanent when dry. Apply to primed canvas, canvas boards or specialty oil painting papers using hog bristle brushes. Compatible with Winsor & Newton Artisan medium and varnishes.
