COVID Lockdown - ArtSmart Shopping Update
It seems COVID has thrown a late 2020 curveball at the Northern Beaches. The safety of our customers and the local community is important to us, so we have closed our doors to people entering the store and browsing. Given than many of you still have Christmas framing to collect and last minute Christmas shopping to do, we will look to support this via our upstairs carpark in a "takeaways" fashion. Please read the below for shopping and collection instructions.
The framing team has been working hard to complete all Christmas commitments before the end of Wed 23rd Dec. If you need an update on your frame’s progress then please call the shop. You will be notified via sms once your framing is complete and we request that you collect your work in the upstairs ArtSmart carpark – call us (02 9949 7477) on arrival and we will bring the framed work to your car. Payment can be done over the phone at the time of collection.
Art Supply Purchases
Please either place your art supply orders online or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your requests. The online portal (www.artsmartartstore.com) provides both “In Store Pickup” and “Local Delivery” options if you are within the local area. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection or delivery. Pickup must be done in the upstairs ArtSmart carpark – call us on arrival and we will bring the art supplies to your car.
New Framing Requirements
Sorry but any new framing requirements will need to wait until after the Christmas holiday’s.
